Prices & Specification
We have taken every effort to ensure that the graphical representations of the products offerred for sale, and their dimensions & description, are an accurate reflection of the goods themselves. Errors & omissions are exempt. Prices are correct at the time of publication, but are subject to change over time. If prices or specification do change, we will advise you when you place your order for products and / or services.

International Orders
Orders for shipping outside of the United Kingdom are subject to these additional Terms and Conditions. All charges will be made solely in British Pounds Sterling. Where a price is indicated on our website is illustrated in any other currency, this converted price is approximate and should be referred to as an estimated guideline only. Prospective customers should be aware that charges made to them will almost certainly differ from the converted prices shown on our website. Customers warrant that they will be fully responsible for any additional charges that they may incur, including but not limited to additional credit card charges, local levies, taxes, duties or other charges associated with their country. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any order placed with us complies with their own countries laws. We will not be held responsible for the actions of Customs officials or any other persons outside of the United Kingdom, or any additional charge or loss caused by the intervention of Customs or other representative governing bodies. We will ship products to most member states of the European Union, all parts of the continental United States, Canada, or Australia. We cannot accept orders from Malaysia, Turkey, Russia, the occupied Northern Territory of Cyprus, the Ural countries, South America, or any part of the African continent.

Warranty
Computer systems, networking components, and CCTV systems are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one calendar year from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to repair the product or replace it, or to replace it with an item of similar value should the original item be discontinued from our product line or no longer available. Neglect, abuse, normal wear & tear, accidental damage, liquid spoilage, disassembly, or loss (or partial loss) are excluded. Liability arising from a manufacturers warranty rests solely with the manufacturer, and we will not be held liable for any costs. In addition, defects or damage arising from upgrades (software or hardware) or work carried out by a third party are excluded. Defects arising from viral or electronic infection, caused by software, incorrect usage, lightning, electronic surge, weather related damage, shock (including sonic shockwaves) are excluded from this warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only and is subject to pre-paid safe receipt in good condition at our offices.

Non-Warranted Products
For counterfeit and copying reasons, the following items are supplied without warranty: books, printed paper products, video media, electronic media or services, exterior packaging, DVD's, any software (howsoever supplied).

Services
Services are supplied as is without warranty or guarantee, neither specific nor implied. On-site services offerred for personal and business users such as installation, networking solutions, data recovery, virus removal, and technical support, are subject exclusively to payment for time attended. Due to the hugely varied complexity of any electronic system, it is just not possible to absolutely guarantee a successful outcome on all occasions.

Use of Software and Digitial Media
By purchasing our software products you warrant that we will not be held liable for any damages howsoever caused, and you release us from any legal or financial liability which may arise from using our software products. Software is supplied on CD or DVD-R media (where appropriate), ensure that your equipment is compatable with the correct format before you purchase. Boxes illustrated are for promotional purpose only, products are supplied in a jewel case. Software is supplied for professional technical use only, and due to the risk of digital piracy is expressly supplied without warranty, we do not accept returns of any software products. We cannot provide technical support for software. You may not use software for the purposes of counterfeiting, illegal copying of any media, dissemination of harmful electronic media (viruses), accessing a computer system or network without lawful permission, circumventing security protocols, or reverse engineering or decompiling of third-party software.

Payment
Payment for services is due upon immediate completion of the service, with the exception of the off-site storage service where payment is required before service commences. Payment for products is due before despatch or delivery. In the event of non-payment for services we reserve the right to seek legal recourse to recover the costs for services rendered at any time, including any reasonable additional costs of recovery, plus interest on the amount outstanding.

Expiration of Services
Storage media submitted to us for off-site storage will be held securely for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase of our off-site storage service. In the event that renewal of this service is not made we will hold your media for 3 months after expiration of the service, after which time the media will cease to be considered to be the property of the service subscriber and will be securely destroyed. If you require the media during the period of expiration it can be recovered but only after full payment of a further years service has been received.

Confidentiality Assured
We respect your right to confidentiality, and adhere to the strictest privacy rules in British business today. Information you supply to us is stored securely and never passed on to a third party. Any and all information we may discover during the course of supplying you with a service, whether physical or electronic, will never be passed on to any third party. This includes but is not limited to information stored on a computer system, any electronic storage medium, or any and all information we may gain from attending your home or business. Storage media sent to us for safe off-site storage will be verified upon arrival if unsealed to ensure that the data is not corrupt, but the contents of the media will never be read, copied, stored or otherwise accessed by anyone with the exception of the customer who will be considered the legal owner of the media.

Liability
By purchasing our products or services you warrant that we will not be held liable for any damages howsoever caused. You warrant that you will not use our products or services for any illegal purpose, and you release us from any legal or financial liability which may arise from using our products or services for a purpose which is not legal. Furthermore, you warrant that you understand that it is solely your responsibility to ensure that the products and services you receive from us are used in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. If we have good reason to suspect that the goods or services that we may supply are required specifically for an illegal purpose, we reserve our right to refuse to supply. This includes but is not limited to counterfeiting, illegal copying of any media, dissemination of harmful electronic media (viruses), accessing a computer system without lawful permission, or accessing an electronic network without permission. In any event, our maximum liability will be strictly limited to the amount paid for our services.
